Really good if you know what to expect--this is NOT a yeast bread. I cooked this in an 8x8 pan and it was perfect, crunchy on the edges and soft in the middle. Used 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white flour. Delicious and super easy!

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

Fantastic. Cut the sugar in brownies to 1/4 c and added vanilla as it seemed to be missing something when I tasted the batter. That did it! I also put slightly fewer choc chips in the cream cheese filling than called for (maybe 3/4 c?) but it was still plenty. These were just as delicious when made with splenda and reduced fat cream cheese!

Double Fudge Kahlua Brownies

These are fabulous by simply following the recipe! They are rich, but not too chocolatey gooey brownie. Be very careful not to overbake--mine were ready right at 25 minutes. The only thing I had to change was to decrease the amount of powdered sugar in the frosting--2 c. would have made a VERY thick (probably unspreadable) frosting. I started out with about a cup and that ended up being the right amount. These could definitely handle a larger dose of Kahlua if you want to taste it.

Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

Were perfect when made in jumbo muffin cups and with added cinnamon and doubled the syrup topping. Also subbed applesauce for oil. Were absolutely fantastic little cakes! Made about 14 jumbo muffins with 1 recipe. Nutrition: 355 cals per jumbo muffin.

Gourmet White Pizza with Chicken

Made on a garlic french bread base instead of pizza dough and was fantastic. Do be careful with amount of sauce--can get pretty sloppy if you overload it.
