These were really not very good; I am not sure why people like these. Overall, they're pretty flavorless. Also, as many people have mentioned, there is about twice as much filling as there should be. This is probably the most disappointing recipe I have made from this site.

Monkey Peanut Butter Bars

Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins

I usually love muffins like this, but these were really not good at all. They looked and smelled wonderful, but they were pretty dense and tasted like straight wheat flour. I was quite disappointed.

Portobello Penne Pasta Casserole

Good recipe, and the soy sauce gives it great flavor, but low-salt soy sauce would be much better. It was way too salty with the normal soy sauce in it.

Exquisite Yeastless Focaccia

Really good if you know what to expect--this is NOT a yeast bread. I cooked this in an 8x8 pan and it was perfect, crunchy on the edges and soft in the middle. Used 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white flour. Delicious and super easy!

Waffle Cookies II

I gave it 5 stars with a few modifications. Substituted 1/4 cup more of cocoa for flour, added 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/4 cup of mini cinnamon chips. The 1.5 minute cooking time is right on if you set your waffle iron to medium heat.
