Baked Kale Chips
This recipe shines in it's simplicity. The only change I made is in the baking instructions. Bake for 9 mins, remove the sheet, stir the kale chips around, turn the oven OFF and stick the sheet back in the oven for 8 mins. The chips crisp up wonderfully with no overdone edges. Fantastic to have at hand when the munchies hit you.

Easy Focaccia
This is a good basic recipe. Next time, I'll definitely be adding more flavoring into the dough and as a topping. Following this recipe has been very easy. I used all all purpose flour, didn't have any bread flour on hand. Topped with salt and italian seasoning. I had to add it about 3 tbsp of flour to stop the dough from being too sticky. It still felt sticky so rubbed about 1/2 tsp of olive oil on my palms while kneading, this helped a lot. I didn't do the hot water pan for the second rising. The finished product looks very nice, and is a good basic bread. It's tastes very good too as a base for more flavorful toppings, sandwich fillings etc.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
From all the great reviews for this recipe, decided to try this out yesterday. I didn't have chicken breasts, so boned about 5 thighs. This smelt great while cooking, but the result lacked punch. It was pretty much no different that a very salty cream of chicken soup. I will likely not try this recipe again.
