My whole family loved this recipe! Made the recipe as written, but used a tougher bun than suggested. Bought Jimmy John's sub bread (a local sub shop), brought it home, and loaded it with this filling. Yum!

Peanut Butter Cookies IX

Made this recipe for my son and his friends. They gobbled them all up, so I had to make more for my husband and I to sample. We liked them too! I did reduce the chocolate chips to 3/4 cup, as the dough didn't want to bind with so many chips (in my opinion). This recipe is a keeper, for sure!

Easy Breakfast Bake

Our family LOVED this recipe, and will be making it again! I didn't have ham, so turkey sausage was the only meat added to the dish, sauteed the mushrooms and onions with the turkey sausage, and cooked the hashbrowns in a skillet before adding to the dish. A little time consuming, but worth it!

Hearty Breakfast Muffins

These muffins were delicious! Tripled the recipe and substituted coconut oil for the vegetable oil, walnuts for the pecans, and omitted the cherries. As suggested by another reviewer, who said 2-3 cups of zucchini; I measured 2 cups heaping of the zucchini per recipe (6 heaping cups total for tripled recipe). The zucchini had been shredded a couple days previous to me using it, so it had petty well drained in the plastic bag. I avoided scooping the liquid out of the bag when measuring. Took some to mom's house and they asked for the recipe. Nice, versatile recipe that freezes well!

Easy Mexican Casserole

This was absolutely delicious! I didn't have all the ingredients it called for, and can't wait to try the original recipe. Threw some frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot on high along with salsa, chili powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, fresh thyme, and oregano. After about 3 hours, I shredded the chicken and let it sit in the juices and absorb the juice. Didn't have much tortilla chips or sour cream, but used what I had on hand. Substituted black beans for the chili beans, because it is what I had on hand. Used Vidalia onion instead of green onion. Layered as written, and baked. Thank you for the awesome recipe.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

This was delicious! I added a bit more red wine vinegar and a bit more fresh lime juice. The whole family liked it and it was a nice change from regular old tacos! Thanks for the recipe!
