I did pick up a new produce box last week. As I mentioned previously, the CSA I belong to grows much of the produce on the farm, but they also offer selections from other locations based on seasonality and freshness. This is nice because it still provides a convenient confine to work in… MORE

I did not end up using my squash last night -- poor little thing. Instead I made a pasta dish. I cooked some whole grain rotini and tossed it with olive oil, fancy salt, and toasted pine nuts. It sounds bland, but it was pretty good. I topped it with some Parmesan. The waning contents of my… MORE
