Buttery Corn Bread
This bread was super easy to make and everyone loved it. I made this as a side dish to serve with bbq baby back ribs and the cornbread was eaten and there was leftover ribs! this never happens in our house! very yumm!

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
I will never cook another corned beef in anything but guinness, it was fantastic! the best way to cook it hands down!
