Great! Broiled 4-5 min. each side, used my roasting pan with rack. Used fresh herbs, just increased a bit. During the marinade time I had enough time to brown some onions and make an aioli. I served fresh steamed asparagus on the side. As the balsamic is a little sweet, and adding the onions made it sweeter, next time I'll do the "burger" the same way and put something with a little kick on the plate, maybe a few sliced radishes. Other reviewers are right, you need a decent balsamic. If I serve this with the aioli on the side, it's a great party food for both my vegan and non-vegan friends.
