Amazingly Good Eggnog

Amazing eggnog. I didn't add the rum that the recipe called for, and my grocery store was out of light cream, so I used heavy whipping cream. It was still wonderful. Unfortunately, this means that I will have to make this for my husband many many times a year. :)

Tuna Noodle Casserole III

This recipe was amazing. I doubled it and added a can of peas, two more cans of tuna and instead of layering the ingredients, I mixed them all together in a bowl, then sprinkled the bread crumbs on top. I'm cooking for two grown men and they gobbled it up in no time.
