Grandma's Noodles II

Easy and tasty. Just add broth. I couldn't roll my dough out thin enough, so just cut thinner slices to make up for the width. Very flexible and easy recipe.

Banana Pudding III

I made this for a friend's birthday and it turned out wonderful. I will say that it was a little sweet for all of us, so maybe using non-sweetened canned milk will cut the sugary taste. I love things sweet, so this didn't stop me from eating it! This was definitely a keeper!

Easy Curry Couscous

Very delicious. Even my fiance--who hates Indian--ate it. He was skeptical about the raisins I put in, but it is a nice addition to the flavor. I add garbanzo beans and peas to bulk it up. Add whatever you want to it :)

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

This is a delicious recipe! One of the best I've ever made. I'm not good with lattice crusts (yet) so I just add the syrup to the apples before putting on the top crust. Also, if you like cinnamon and nutmeg on your pie, just toss some on the apples before adding the syrup--it doesn't take away from the pie. You can even cut the sugar in half and it's still delicious (I did once, because I had ran out)--purely accident. This is the best pie recipe. Ever. Your quest for delicious apple pie ends here.

Old Fashioned Apple Dumplings

I use this recipe with Pillsbury pie crusts (ready made), but I did cut down on the brown sugar & butter (by about half)--and it still turns out wonderful each time. Great recipe. One of the best I've found so far!
