It was wonderful! I used what veggies and meat I had and it was still incredible! I made it with only scallions, fresh bean sprouts and shrimp. I was amazed. Can't wait to try it with water chestnuts, pork and celery as well. Don't change the sauce. Yummy!

I really like it - I'm drinking it now. However it needs something, lime maybe? I'll try it. But otherwise it is very interesting. Not a combination I would have thought of.

Jamaican Jerked Chicken

I made this chicken twice. The first time I made it, I followed the recipe almost exactly and found that the chicken tasted good - loved the combination of seasonings, but it did not really have the kick that I expected from jerk chicken. So the second time I quadrupled the chili peppers (I used serranos) and marinated for nearly 24 hours. This time it was great! I will definitely make this recipe again. I served it with the Jamaican Rice from this site as well as some jalapeno black beans and it was a great meal. We completed the evening with an outdoor Reggae concert - perfect!

Delicious Grilled Hamburgers

I followed the revisions, using half the liquid smoke and adding steak seasoning. I grill them low and slow so they stay juicy. We had them last night and my family thought they were incredible! Thanks for this great recipe!
