Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
Loved!!! I followed a mixture of reviews: I baked at 360 degrees for 12 min. I used half white sugar and half brown sugar. I only used 1 cup of milk chocolate chips and it was the perfect amount of chocolate. I added fresh nutmeg. Also added red food coloring. They turned out great! Some reviewers said they were too cakey... but that's what made them different from other cookies and they were excellent!

Cake with Buttercream Decorating Frosting

Reviewed: May 4, 2009
Used the frosting on a cake and cupcakes, It took color well (liquid coloring didn't make it too thin or greasy) and was a great consistency for piping.

Fantastic! Made mini scones with cranberries and orange zest and topped with glaze. Amazing base recipe for scones. Looking forward to trying different add-ins!

Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage-Brown Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2009
I love butternut squash ravioli!!! This recipe was decent, but making it great is super simple. I read other reviews and used a bit less spices, but honestly should have used a lot less. Also i had another recipe that i have lost and i remembered that it said put dried cranberries and pecan pieces along with the sage into the butter sauce. and oh wow is it good! Otherwise, i love this pretty generic butternut squash recipe.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
Way too salty. Use less chicken base or maybe none. Really good flavor but seriously way too salty, i even read the reviews and used less bouillon.

Absolutely amazing cookies! Used tablespoon scoop and it made a nice size cookie. Really great cookies! I burned some of them and even those were amazing. I highly recommend these cookies!
