Strawberries 'n' Cream Tarts
Added Raspberry preserves to the bottom of each tart. Excellent combo of flavors.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce
great...mildly tangy. i made it with crescent rolls and green beans with a dollop of sour cream. great mix of flavors...

Fried Pork Chop
just alright...spiced it up with a bit of cayenne pepper. possibly needed more spices added to the pre-fried chop...
