No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2013
I followed this recipe 100% & they are Delicious! My step son said they were "the best cookies he ever had", which is huge considering his grandma's famous for hers. To speed up the firmness, I put these in the fridge for a little bit. This recipe makes about 2 doz.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2013
I'll be honest, I've been cooking for 30 years & I'm a pretty good cook. I followed this recipe 100% & mine came out like cake. I'll try to "chill" my next batch 1st to see if it makes a difference. Very disappointed :-(

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2011
Followed recipe 100% & although fork tender & cooked to perfection, the flavor was not complimentary. Very strong soy sauce flavor. Didn't like the dark color of the marinated fish either.

Award Winning Chili

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2008
What attracted me to this recipe was the variety of ingredients used, which I thought was unusual. I was leary about the carrots and celery, but I used my Pampered Chef Food chopper to chop them small, and it was fabulous! I made a few revisions to make a more "smoked" flavor. I used A-1 steak sauce, and Chardonnay wine. I added 3 tbsp of Hickory Smoke flavor, and 1/2 pound of bacon which made a huge difference. Most of the reviews for this recipe said it was too think so I did not use the tomato paste and I used 2 cans of Hunts fire roasted tomatoe's (keeping the juices and 2 cans of kidney beans (keeping the juices). I also added a can of Mexican corn (drained). My chili was a huge hit at a work related function.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2008
This is fabulous! I used 2% milk and the instant 5 minute rice, as per the box (without the butter). I also omitted the raisins and added nutmeg and cinnamon and WOW! I do want to caution you . . .don't add the beaten egg to the hot mixture because it will scramble. Try adding the milk first, letting it cool a bit then add the beaten egg.
