Potato Salmon Patties

My family loved these! I used smoked salmon instead but you could use crab also, very very tasty! I doubled the recipe and added some milk and an extra egg to keep them together, very tasty recipe!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Great pasta salad. I doubled it for a crowd and instead of fresh bacon, added a package of real bacon bits, very tasty!

Sloppy Joes II

Great recipe! I added some bbq sauce for flavour and hollowed out 5 hoagies, topped it with cheese and broiled it as suggested by another reviewer, thanks for the awesome tip, it was delicious!
