Key Lime Pie VII

I just made this. Fresh out of the oven. I have not eaten one piece. HOWEVER, I just licked the bowl. It was FANTASTIC. I know this is a pie I will be making forever. And I plan to not tell anyone how to do it!! I left out the zest, I don't care for it. I used 2 cans, which is less than 3 cups . . BUT my pie crust wouldn't have held more!! But I know it will still be great! I can't wait for it to cool! Thank you Ann! *update* I thought I could make it better with using homemade SCM, but I was wrong. The texture is odd. Only use store bought!

Brownie Frosting

I got rave reviews from friends!! it is VERY sweet and only use this full amount if making a full pan (9x13) of brownies. A little goes a LONG way! Next time I DEFINITELY want to add nuts to the frosting while hot! And I can't wait to use it on cake!! YUMMY!! (Also, my co-workers said the whole thing tested just like fudge!)

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II

this is great! I made a double batch and had to cook it for a long time! I agree with another reviewer, after its somewhat cooked on low, turn up the heat, keep stirring! Don't step away for too long. I had it up to med heat . . you just have to be carful as I did burn myself with the splatter of the boiling liquid, at that time I turned it down! Point being, you don't need to add cornstarch unless you don't have the patients it takes!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I have to double this recipe, because no one can STOP eating it!! It even does well if frozen!! I use golden potatoes and leave the skins on.

Mexican Fiesta Pasta Salad

I don't like things spicy so if i'm just making this for myself, I don't add extra seasoning expect for maybe taco seasoning. I also am not crazy about mayo so I only use half a cup. I love it and can feed off of it for days!

Easy Alfredo Sauce II

I have used this with heavy cream . . and its FANTASTIC!! I will make again!!! I didn't have cream and tried to use non fat milk, it was terrible! If you don't have the cream, don't use milk! Just look for another recipe for which you have the correct ingredients for!!

Steak Tip Marinade

I can't wait to make this for company and not tell them what I did! I didn't use garlic pepper (I don't care for pepper) but I did add garlic powder. Oh yeah, I used this on tri tip. I over cooked the meat and yet it was still tender!!! I have extra marinaded and plan on trying it with chicken! :) Thanks again! *Update. cut tri tip in half while marinating. I left it whole today and even after 8 hrs it wasn't long enough. I think 24 would would be great! I don't think you can over marinate!

Delicious Potato Salad Bake

I put a little less milk and glad I did! It was creamy enough for me! My husband loved and that is always a +. I cheated and used fresh bacon bits! I'll make again.

Bread Pudding II

THE BEST! I have made this many times and I have found what works best!! Top shelf ingredients!! I use Greenlees "best cinnamon bread" w/ or w/out raisins, at least 2 teaspoons of vanilla bean paste and turbinado vanilla sugar! I use approx 1/2 cup of turdinado sugar in the recipe and then the rest I dust the top with when baking! It makes a good crunch on the top! I cook until browned usually about 30 mins. I also top with a run sauce submitted by KDA949 found on this site. Make sauce when pudding is done and cooling and serve hot!! 100 stars!!!!!

Butterscotch Oatmeal

I like to drink my oatmeal, I did use 2 cups milk and could use more. I also used 2.5 TBS of splenda brown sugar and could have gotten away with 2TBS . . . now that I think of it, I forgot to add the butter . . . . and didn't even notice! it was GREAT!

Cherry Pineapple Cabana Dump Cake

this is one of my FAVORITES! I've been making this for years and wanted to make sure it was posted!! I use mixed nut. I've not had them burn. I have not tried coconut, but I'm excited to try! This is so easy and tastes GREAT, if your reading this recipe, you must try it!!

Quick, easy and GREAT! I will be using again. I also may of had water hotter than the recipe called for . . and because of that I had to use more flour!! So just mixed until its not super sticky!
