Wow, that cilantro dressing was AMAZING! Very yummy, makes a TON of food. Forgot to buy red onion so added shallots instead - worked great! Will make again!

Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2009
Super easy and yummy! I tend to like the "crispy bits" on meat... so, I pan seared first and then cooked in the cast iron skillet. Yum!

Delicious and easy. Not great leftover... but, we gobbled most of it up on the first night anyway! Will make over and over again!

Went well with our meal and tasted good... wanted more "kick" out of it... maybe more scallions or some garlic salt???

2-Step Garlic Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 21, 2009
Easy and delicious. Good advice from other reviewers to: (1) use 2 cans instead of one (2) use more garlic (3) add fresh mushrooms. We loved it and will definitely make it again. Thanks!

Really simple and easy to make. Will definitely make this again. Next time might add a pinch of salt and a dash of red pepper flakes; but, it is good the way it is. We served it with garlic couscous. Yum!

Makhani Chicken (Indian Butter Chicken)

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
The extra time spent prepping this dish was worth it. It was incredibly good... though, I agree with another reviewer's comments that the 2c of tomato puree gave it a little sour tang. I will probably cut back a bit on this the next time I make it, and I will definitely make this again! ADDENDUM: 1 cup tomato puree worked much better to get rid of extra tang. Also, save yourself a step and don't bother with the skewers... I just threw the chicken minus the marinade into a glass dish and baked it and it turned out fine; just make sure to strain with a slotted spoon before putting into the last mixture.

Haricots Verts Lyonnaise

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
I don't know how to keep the beans crispy save for cooking them for less time that what's recommended here. Cut butter down to lower fat content. Used shallots instead of red onions because that's what I had; was a good substitute. Would make again.

Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
Tasty. Added shredded provolone on top. Used wild/brown rice blend instead of white rice and ground turkey instead of beef and it tasted comparable. Needed a bit of extra italian seasoning in the sauce that tops the peppers.
