Chewy Chocolate Cookies I

Yummy! I added coconut flakes, cinnamon, and pecan to give it some extra crunch.

Not a big coconut fan, but when mixed with everything, it gave an extra crunch and sweetness. Yummy. The only trouble I had was that the outside got dry, and the inside didn't cook through. I'm thinking that has more to do with the baking than the actual recipe.

Callaloo Soup

You will need a food processor. Callaloo is a super hardy green that does not easily become soft. I put it through the blender 4 times and it was still chunky. It's a filling soup. Use a food processor.
