Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
Believe it or not, I'd never had twice baked potatoes before. A lot more work than plain baked potatoes, but quite tasty.

Sugar Glazed Walnuts

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
I love how easy this recipe is. I cut back on the sugar a bit, as the first time I made it my husband thought it was too much. (I enjoyed them both ways.)

This was excellent, and I am not a fan of mango. I was pleasantly surprised by the blend of flavors.

Apple-Feta Tossed Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
I made this before I read any of the reviews. I thought it was a misprint since it didn't have any oil, so I did add 1 1/2 TBS oil. My husband loved it, but he likes things very tangy. I will add more olive oil next time. Will definitely make again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
I made this with only one change. I used my own mixture of taco seasoning. It was delicious. Reminded me of the chicken enchiladas I make with beer.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2007
This was delicious. I didn't make kabobs. I marinated all, grilled the chicken, then stir-fried the veggies. It was still a hit.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2007
I am not much of a fried chicken fan, but my family enjoyed this. I had some trouble getting the coating to stick though.

Orange-Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
This was well-liked by 8 out of 9 people it was served to. Next time, I will add a bit of olive oil to the marinade to keep it from sticking to the grill.

Kabob Marinade

Reviewed: May 29, 2006
This was a hit at my home. Best when marinated for a long time. I baste my kabob's while cooking so this delicious flavor penetrates the veggies too.

This was very good. Personally I prefer the chicken in cornstarch rather than flour, but my family loved it and it is one of their favorites.

Slow Cooker Thai Pork with Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2004
Next time, I will add red bell pepper later in the cooking. There was nothing left of these vegetables. Also will add more red pepper and probably some Thai chilli paste, as I thought it was a bit bland. May try to double the sauce so there is more of it, but this could also be that my slow-cooker cooks at a hotter temp. Overall, a good recipe.

Artichoke Salad I

First time I made this I found at the last minute I was missing the pepper and artichokes so made without. But it is a good recipe to add/subract to your liking.
