I like simple recipes that are easy, low-cal, low-fat, low-sodium. Oh, and delicious. It sounds difficult, but is attainable.
I try to make delicious recipes more healthy but modifying the ingredients without sacrificing the flavors/textures.
My recipes are simple, and some may consider the foods that I eat to be not as savory as other food choices, but I would consider myself a big foodie and love to be creative and just have fun with it!
My cooking triumphs
Teaching others how to eat great foods that aren't detrimental to heart health or the waistline has been a life-long triumph for me. It's very rewarding seeing how others can change, prolong and enhance their lives by modifying their diet.
