Mama's Asian Chicken and Rice

Double the sauce! Excellent recipe! If you want to make it more like orange chicken that you get from a restaurant, consider dredging chicken in cornstarch first. It will also thicken your sauce later. I followed the recipes just doubling the sauce and it was wonderful!

BBQ Chicken Pizza I

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2009
This recipe was delicious! I also prebaked the Pillsbury crust for about 7 minutes. While baking I fried 2 thin boneless skinless chicken breasts in olive oil. Cut it into chunks, threw it into a food processor, pulsed a few times. Tossed in BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays). I put a little olive oil on the crust, spread mozzerella, monterey jack, and cheddar grated cheeses all over, added BBQ chicken, diced red onions, chopped cilantro (only about 3 leaves which is PLENTY), and chopped bacon!! My boyfriend loved it and told me with each bite! I will definitely make again!!!

Crazy Cake

excellent recipe for a deliciously moist chocolate cake. i also halved the batter and make two 8" x 8" square cakes, baked at 350 for 35 minutes (until toothpick came out clean). One for home, one for work! Iced them with Whipped Vanilla Frosting and some fresh strawberries on the one I left home. Would definitely recommend and will make again!

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
i loved this recipe!! i did reduce the amount of sugar as others suggested. also, i stir-fried the chicken for about 3 minutes each side, then cooked in an oven-safe pan at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. after removing from the oven, i added peppers and covered for another 6-7 minutes. then added the liquid, slow simmered, and finally added my steamed sugar snap peas and carrots. my super picky boyfriend gave me a HUGE TWO thumbs up!!! That means this recipe rocked!
