This dip is indeed addictive. Very rich, with a nice tangy taste. For those, like me, who enjoy some heat, I'd add some Tobasco, and maybe a pinch of cayenne pepper. This is a keeper.

Logic told me the quantities seemed off, but I disregardede my own instinct and went ahead anyway. BIG MISTAKE. If, I ever attempt these again, I shall follow the other user's hints and suggestions.

I made this for the family last night, and they loved it. I couldn't believe that something so easy and simple could look and taste this good. Had some cold, and sliced on bread this morning with some mild mustard, and it tasted even better. I was sceptical at first, but since ground beef was on the menu for last night, I thought I'd try something different, and I am very glad that I did. Served it with some Herbed Mash Potatoes, Carrots and Broccolli for some green colour. Looked good, and tasted great. The "Steak" went very well with the mash. This recipe is sure to become a staple of mine in future. Excellent!
