About this Cook
I'm originally from a small village called Stanway in the Cotswolds in England, but I moved to Australia when I was 12. I'm now living in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I used to just cook out of necessity, but now I have starred to like creating things, and enjoy cooked for others.
My favorite things to cook
I love making cakes and other sweets. I don't mind making "proper" food as my girlfriend puts it, and she likes most things I make, but I much prefer sweets. I have the worse sweet tooth ever.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love my Mum's cooking in general. She does a mean roast beef with Yorkshire puddings. I have an Aunt and Uncle who live in Spain (Valencia), and from them i love Paella (Valencia style).

Toad in the Hole III
Its pretty good, but it awesome if you add a bit of mustard power and Worcestershire sauce to the mix (Mum's secret ingredients). It just gives it that extra bit of flavour to the batter.

Roasted Rack of Lamb
This is best lamb i have ever had. Took a risk and cooked it as the first dish i cooked for my girlfriend, and it was awesome, the only problem now is that she expected everything to be at this standard.
