Oh-So-Good Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2010
Awesome recipe. I omitted the mushroom and added a handful of cheese on top (for broil) and half a package of Old El'Paso Burrito seasoning mix (no water of course). I only used 1 cup and a bit of salsa in the dish (instead of the recommended 2 cups.). Turned out great, we ate it with Tostitos.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2010
Delicious!! I did all the recommendations and it turned out great!! This was my first try a Indian food so I was very scared. I only used 1 tps of salt in marinade and 1/2 tps in sauce. I doubled the sauce and it was all gone by the time we had left overs, I was surprised since it made A LOT. I also use indian masala/garam masala to replace the spices, 5 tps in marinade and 6 in sauce. Soooo good! Dipped naan bread. Mmmm mmm mmm.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
Like most people I used the 2-1-3 ratio for everything. THIS IS SO GOOD! It's absolutely terrible for your health, but totally delicious!!! I used light crunchy peanut butter and it worked awesome anyways. I am so going to make this for everyone I know.

This was my first time making stuffing and I was really scared!!! However it turned out amazing!!! It was so good!!! I didn't add the cranberries because. a. I didn't have any and b. I hate cranberries but instead I just added more apples, celery and onions. I will always use this recipe from now on!! It was delicious!

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
I used this recipe as a base for strawberry crisp and it was delicious. I followed a lot of reviews. This is what I changed; I halved the amount of white sugar in the berry mixture and added a touch of nutmeg. I omitted the water all together. I also doubled the topping, used whole oats and baked at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. The mixture had a lot of liquid, so the water isn't needed. It was delicious!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2008
This was a huge hit at work! I've made the recipe twice but changed a couple things because I found them a bit too sweet. First I used crunchy peanut butter, I cut the sugar to about 1-1/4 cup of confectioners' sugar and added 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the bottom layer and chilled them over night. We all loved them!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2008
I added a bit of rosemary and thyme and followed Corinne's suggestions exactly; it was delicious. The meat was tender and wonderful. My boyfriend and I loved it. Since almost everyone is following Corinne's modification, someone should re-write this recipe. It's excellent.
