About this Cook
Married to the Love of my life for 4 years now, No kids yet...work a typical 9-5 job and cook when i get home. Born and raised in Cali, SD and now live in a town called Brooksville, FL...I really really miss Mexican food from San Diego...here it's just not the same...I LOOOVE Chipotle's restaurant. I have a handsome Doberman named Rocco, a German Shepherd named Acacia with A.D.D, and the little baby of the family Lola who is a "chug" (half chihuahua half pug)
My favorite things to cook
I like cooking chicken dishes and casseroles and a lot of things using ground turkey ie: enchiladas, meatloaf, tacos, salisbury steak.
My favorite family cooking traditions
none as of yet. maybe i'll create my own when i have children.

EVERYTHING....MUAHAHAHUAHUAHUAHAUHAUAHA...just kidding...
My cooking tragedies
Tried meatloaf with pillsbury cresent topping...let's just say it was not a hit!! My husbands exact words were "In the last 4 years of marriage this is the only meal i can say is a 'FLOP'"....never again....never again.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
i did everything according to the recipe and it turned out Fantastic!! My husband and brother absolutely loved the sauce!! I agree with other reviewers if you flatten the chicken enough they take only 15-20 minutes to cook. i served them with garlic mashed potatoes and corn!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
i made this with boneless skinless thighs and they finished in 30 minutes at 425...the sauce is a bit sweet from all the sugar but when it bakes with the chicken it's perfect! thanks for the recipe!! i will always use this for teriyaki! chicken was moist and savory!!

Fish Tacos
I was too tired to make the fish after work, so i used beer battered frozen fish and the tacos still turn out great!! but i made the sauce and my husband LOOOVED it! he said it's just like Rubios! Thanks for the amazing recipe...i put the whole amount of cayenne and it really does give it a kick!!!
