Exquisite Pizza Sauce

These are really simple to make and taste great. We had our neighbors over and they devoured all of them. Try them with shrimp as an alternative. Also, you can make your own tortilla chips by getting some corn tortilla chips, cut them in quarters, spray them with cooking spray, spread them on a cookie sheet and bake them at 350 until they are done to your liking.

Spinach Quiche

I have made this a number of times and it is great. I would, however, recommend baking the pie crust for about 8 minutes so it holds the filling better. Also, the filling makes enough for 2, so make 2 quiches. Let the second one cool, then freeze it. What I do after it is frozen solid is vacuum seal it. Works great.

Atomic Canuck Chili

I loved this recipe and it was a big hit with my wife. I put all the ingredients in the morning and put them in the slow cooker. When we arrived home we had a delicious feast!
