Stuffed Bell Peppers

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
I thought that these were very good. I used brown rice instead of white and wasn't able to get fresh parsley so I just used the spices I around (which for me usually means garlic salt & all spice sadly). I also used the boca crumbles as the TVP in the recipe like some other users have. I stirred in some cheese with the stuffing mixtured to make it extra cheesy because I'm a big fan of cheese. Other than that I pretty much followed the recipe and I thought it turned out pretty well. I will probably make these again. Possibly with real meat next time. (I made them for a vegetarian friend of mine)

quick and easy recipe. My husband loved it. I added a little bit of yellow mustard in with it as well because he really likes mustard.

This was like a homemade hamburger helper except a lot less salty and tastier. It was really easy to make.

Baked Ziti II

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2008
This was good. I agree with some of the reviews to reduce the ricotta cheese. I will be making this again with the slightly altered recipe. I think I might add some meat to it as well.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2008
Remade this with the proper crust. Double or triple the amount of pepper in it and add some crushed garlic. Used a frozen pea, carrot, green beans, and corn mixed which worked out fine. Added extra onion and butter. This turned out great! Will definitely be making it again.

Easy Meatball Parm Hero

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
This was so easy and tasted great. It does make more than enough food for 2 people, but I just made enough for my husband and I and put the rest of the meatballs away. The sandwiches are really filling. I would recommend this to someone that wants to make a quick meal with little effort.

Baked Ziti I

This turned out okay. It really didn't taste much better than when I make spaghetti and I was hoping to have more of a wow factor. (the first time this gets 3 stars, as leftovers it gets 4. It's one of those dishes that actually tastes better the next day)

Beef Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2008
I made this recipe for 4 army guys and they all loved it. They were very filling. They were also pretty easy to make. I added about 1/4 a cup of the enchilada sauce in with the beef before putting them in the enchiladas because some of the reviews said the meat was a little bland. They turned out really well and I got a lot of compliments on them. I will definitely be making them again.

Campbell's Skillet Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2008
This recipe was really easy and tasted great! My husband and I loved it. Neither of us really like fried food so this was perfect. He asked me if I would make it again and since I'm just learning how to cook that was awesome. I would recommend this recipe to people just looking how to cook as it was easy to make & tasted great.
