Addictive Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2012
Easy and Excellent, though my son actually thought it was "too sweet" so I guess next time I'll try with less sugar. Perfect with a side of steamed broccoli and cheese sauce.

Apple-Cinnamon Baked French Toast

Reviewed: May 27, 2010
excellent! Instead of french bread I used Subway bread since I work there and can take home the day old bread. And then I put the apples in the middle and only used 1/2 the amount of sugar. But I sprinkled sugar and cinnamon on the apples and then on the top bread too. I realized doing it this way It needs to be covered when baked. I baked for 45 min un covered and the top kinda burnt.

Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2010
I am supposed to give this 5 stars. Even though I made it for a night I had to work for the family. My BF loved it!!! And so did my kids (they can be hard to please) The kids even ate it all. So yes this is a keeper in my book! Instead of rolls I made home made bread in the bread machine to put it onto.

Amazing! Did have to cook for nearly an hour. Added about 1/4 cup of white wine while baking. The best thing I've had in a long time!

Yogurt Mint Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
Very bland. Needed a lot of salt and pepper added. Probably would do good with some more spices. I would make it again just adding some things! Maybe some chicken. My husband complained about not having meat.

Slow Cooker Split Pea Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
yummy yummy! Great on those chilly evenings. Very good with cornbread. Must try this one. Except I used ground sausage and browned that then threw it into the soup. I also let the peas get so soft they almost were liquefied. But the 2nd time I made it I didnt let the peas get near soft enough and it wasnt so great then.

Good and easy. Not the best meal ever but something that is easily thrown together when the cupboards are empty or you are out of time. Then its worth it. The kids liked it.
