Honey Crystal Almonds
I used pecans for this and they came out absolutely FANTASTIC! I measured out 2 cups and the amount of honey mixture was almost perfect. I only had a little bit left over since pecans are bigger than almonds. I didn't roast the nuts, though, but I will next time. My pecans ended up slightly soggy. Maybe I just didn't give them enough time to cool down before I tossed them in the sugar. Oh well. They were still addicting and I will definitely make them again!!!!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
The honey mustard was good, but not great. It tasted just the same as the stuff in the squeeze bottle. I waited until the chicken was cooked to pour some of the honey mustard on it as many reviewers suggested. I didn't like the after-taste of the mustard, and therefore will not be making this recipe again. Thanks, though!

Banana Crumb Muffins
I put the bananas in the freezer and used them for this recipe. Freezing them and then thawing them out made them MUCH easier to mash and made them really smooth and creamy. I took the advice of others and waited until the last 5 minutes to put the crumb topping on. They came out GREAT!! My family asks me to make these all the time now so every time our bananas are starting to look brown I pop them in the freezer... Thanks, Lisa!!
