I made this tonight for dinner and it was a big hit with hubby and kids. Made exactly according to recipe (using the Tblsp of COARSE salt) and felt it was great. All agreed it was a keeper. I served with the easy arugala salad also from this site and had a delicious healthy meal that the whole family enjoyed.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

We love this recipe and make it often. It's easy to make and is delicious. I made no changes. The number of great reviews and number of people who have saved this recipe speaks for itself. One day I forgot to get heavy cream and used light cream instead. No problem.

Hearty Skillet Supper

Deceivingly good and tasty. I made this recipe because I need something quick and budget friendly. It smelled good while cooking but seemed to look lack luster. In fact, I almost ended up not serving it. However, not wanting to waste, I did and to eveyone's surprise it was pretty darn good. I made exactly according to recipe and was very pleased.

Asian Chicken Salad

Great recipe- a regular in our household. Have made as is but prefer the following changes: double dressing and add 1/2 tsp ground ginger, use La Choy chow mein noodles instead of rice noodles, marinate the chicken in some of the dressing before we grill it and shred.

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

I made this recipe with no changes- completely as is. Absolutely wonderful! I acutally made them for a cupcake tower I was doing for my niece's wedding. I was traveling 350 miles so I made them on a Wednesday and froze them for traveling. I defrosted Saturday morning (the day of the wedding)and made the icing and decorated the cupcakes. The cupcakes froze beautifully and were very moist and delicious. As for the icing, my husband said "you can put that icing on cardboard and it would still be delicious!" Thank you! This is a keeper.

Shepherd's Pie VI

I have made this recipe many times and we love it. The only thing I found I neeed to do was double the meat mixture . Each time I made it everyone kept asking for more of the meat because there was plenty of potato and carrot. It is a regular part of our meal rotation.

Spinach Lentil Soup

I followed the recipe exactly and found this to be a great soup. I have been trying to eat more healthy and expand the variety of soups I make. This is definately one I will be keeping. It makes a lot and is quite hearty. The only thing I will do differently next time is add a clove of chopped garlic. Other than that, terrific!
