Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2013
This seasoning is assume :). I just made it and cut the serving size dwn to 50. I used it to pan fry some boneless chkn thighs to top my salad. Mmmmmmmm!!!!! Just like the other reviews BE CAREFUL WITH THE CAYENNE. Put a SMALL portion in then taste and just add to your liking. And I also did not use the chipotle chilli powder. Its great w/o it. I plan on rubbing my thanksgiving turkey down with this before I fry it.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2013
I made this dish for my fathers bday. It was the best smothered chops ive had. I did change a bit. I bought center cut bone in chops. I seasoned it with lawrys season salt and black pepper, chopped a sweet onion, and let it all marinate for 3hrs. I fried them the same but w/o the crumbs. I put fried chops, onions, fresh mushrooms, and 2pcks mushroom gravy (McCormick) in the pan. Baked on both sides for 35min each at 375°. It falls off the bone. Mmmmmmmm.

I love past and veggies so this recipe is for me. I doubled everything and added shrimp in mine. It came out great. I did minus the red pepper flakes b/c the blk pepper made up for it

Moo Shu Pork

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2009
I loved this recipe. It was easy to make and came out great. I used boneless pork chops and the followed the directions. I did add a bit of oyster sauce. It was so much better than what I get at the resturants. I will start making it myself.

Onion Chicken in Balsamic Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2009
The idea and recipe was great. I went from the reviews and changed it up a bit. I used boneless chkn thighs, seasoned them w/salt and pepper and let them sit while I preapared everything else. I sauteed the onions, garlic, and mushrooms until semi-soft. Remove from the pan and began frying the chkn on both sides until a bit fried. Put cooked chkn in baking dish, topped it with fresh tomatos and sauteed mix. Then I poured the sauce over that. I baked mine at 350 for 30min. I also added brown sugar to the sauce and cornstarch to thicken it. It came out great.
