Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This was delicious! The sauce made it over the top. My chicken dried out a little bit. (my fault) I would use a meat thermometer next time. I didn't have ham or swiss on hand, so I used proscuitto and Dublin cheddar (best cheese ever). This added even more flavor. Will make again! I slit my breast crosswise instead of pounding it out.

New York System Hot Wiener Sauce I
this is the closet I've ever had to a real hot weiner. It's not a chili or a coney dog!! Delicious from an Olneyville lover. Must have onion and celery salt and mustard. Thanks for the recipe.

Shrimp Scampi ala Norelllaura
This was delicious! My four year old loves the sauce but not seafood, so I threw some edamame in his pasta instead. So simple and wonderful. I did not use the flour step beause I used precooked shrimp and didn't want them chewy.
