Island-Style Fried Rice
This was great! I had some cooked Jasmine rice to use up and this sounded yummy. I got all excited reading the ingredients that I totally skipped reading the directions and basically tossed everything in the frying pan. Regardless, it turned out great, despite not having sausage or oyster sauce. I added a bit of salt but other than that I used what was on the list. It was great! Thanks for this recipe, I'll be making it again for sure!

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
Yummy! I made these after my son had a friend sleep over and I felt obliged to make a decent breakfast. I originally wanted Apple Blueberry pancakes so I added in a cup of applesauce, which I thought would mean leaving out a cup of milk. I ended up adding in most of the second cup.(I doubled the recipe) The pancakes turned out amazingly well! Between DH, the two boys and my toddler they polished off almost all of it, leaving me just one teeny one at the end. It was pretty darn good...but tasted like more.:(

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I can't even remember if I've written a review for this recipe yet. I make it all the time! I've almost always got everything on hand and if I don't, I toss in something to substitute. Hasn't failed me yet! One day when the kids aren't home I'm going to make a spicy version and add some jalapenos and the hot and spicy Taco seasoning. I have yet to make it with beer either, but its fine with broth, which I always have in the cupboard. I started it late tonight and we're all drooling waiting for the chicken to be cooked through. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!
