Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

It was a little too salty, but still delicious! I subbed 3/4c applesauce and 1/4c vegetable oil for the butter, used only 1/2c sugar in the raw, and added 1c sweetened shredded coconut.

Thai Coconut and Cocoa Macaroons

I was so happy to find a recipe for macaroons that didn't use sweetened condensed milk. It was a little too sweet for my family, but it had a good texture and it was easy to make. I also had to lengthen the baking time to about 30 minutes.

Sweet Potato Bread I

Subbed in 3/4 c whole wheat flour, used mashed banana instead of vegetable oil, cut the sugar to 1c and it is delicious. I think I'll make it to share with the neighbors for the holidays. Thanks!

Clone of a Cinnabon

These are great! I didn't make them in a bread machine. I just dumped everything together in a stand mixer and used the hook to knead the dough for a few minutes, then let it rise. I subbed 1c white whole wheat flour, replaced half of the margarine with mashed banana, and halved the butter in the filling. It still came out delicious even with all the adjustments I made! I'm keeping this recipe and making it again soon.

Cranberry Oat Bread

I made it exactly as written (just halved, because our bread machine is a small one). We're eating it right now and it is soft, moist, and delicious, and we're already planning on making it again tomorrow. Thanks for a great recipe!

Chicken Milano

Delicious!! This was the first time I ever tried making my own pasta sauce and it came out perfectly. The recipe is easy to follow but the results are amazing!!
