Slow Cooker Boneless Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2013
This was delicious. I had a 5 lb bone-in breast so I cut the cooking time accordingly but didn't change the measurements for ingredients and it turned out delicious... even for the pickiest eater in the house! Thanks.

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2012
I would've never thought I'd like green beans and tomatoes.... I was wrong :) I didn't have cherry tomatoes and basil on hand so I substituted w/ a regular (unsure of type) tomato and rosemary. I also used garlic powder as opposed to garlic salt and sauteed onions two minutes before adding the tomato. This is WONDERFUL! I can't wait to make this with the ingredients recommended. Afterall... I have a ton of green beans just waiting to be sprung from my garden :) Thanks so much!

Dale's Lamb

Reviewed: May 5, 2010
This was my first time making lamb. I separated the skin from the meat leaving it attached in a few places and stuffed it with my herbs and garlic cloves. I marinated overnight and grilled on Easter Sunday. It was absolutely perfect! Didn't even need mint jelly. I am absolutely amazed!!!

Maria's Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2010
I really liked this recipe! I cooked the veggies (with the addition of sliced celery and carrots) then meat and placed them in a casserole dish. I sprinkled this with ground ginger and placed in the oven on warm while I made the sauce. I added cornstarch to thicken. I used red wine for cooking as I did not have the red wine vinegar and it turned out great! The steak was so tender, it was unbelievable! Next time I don't think I'll use as much honey, though. Absolutely delicious! Thank you sooo much for this recipe...

Glenn's Marinated Pork Shoulder

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
Because of your WONDERFUL recipe, I finally made the perfect pork shoulder! The only thing I didn't add was the soy sauce because I didn't have any... My husband actually told me it was the second best meal I've prepared--although he couldn't name the first (the nerve...LOL)! Anywho... THANK YOU GLENN!!!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
I made this recipe without the bacon. I added mushrooms to the mixture as I am a HUGE gan of mushrooms! It was a bit on the sour side which I didn't care too much for. Perhaps if the mixture was a tad more sweet (not too sweet, but, not as sour tasting) it would've been awesome. Will try again with something to sweeten the mixture. Any ideas would be great!

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2009
Wonderfully delicious! The only change I made was mixing a few herbs to the butter prior to rubbing it inside, beneath the skin and over the bird. I also threw three garlic cloves inside the bird since we made a pan of stuffing. My first Thanksgiving turkey was absolutely perfect! Moist, tasty and simply delicious! Thanks...

West Indian Curried Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2009
I love this recipe! The only change I made was throwing everything into a slow cooker after I browned the chicken and let it cook on medium for a few hours stirring sporatically. It was wonderfully spicy! The chicken literally fell off the bones! Will DEFINITELY make again!!!

Cod au Gratin

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2008
This is a great recipe! The only changes I made were adding garlic and frozen peas to the sauce and increased my baking time by seven minutes than recommended (although I think that was because of my oven). My husband loved it as well and says he would love to have it again! Thanks so much!
