The Best Blondies

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2010
Mmmmmm, these are very good. I added 1/2 c chopped pecans (should have added more) and they were delightful! I can't eat chocolate right now (nursing mama!) and with these around, I don't mind! I think i will try adding white chips next time too, for more crunch and texture! Soo good!

Grilled Chicken & Vegetable Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
These were very good. We went camping with a group of friends and made these on our night to cook. My husband coundnt find the Chicken grill seasoning so we used the Montreal Steak, spicy, seasoning and they were great. Found some metal skewers at Big Lots for cheap, they work much better than the crummy,always-burn-regardless-of-how-long-you-soak wood ones. Great recipe!

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
These ribs were phenominal! MY husband is a huge ribs fan and he was blown away by these! They were so easy too! I did alter the recipe a tiny bit- using BBQ and ketchup because I have no idea what chili sauce is supposed to refer to. Any ideas? I would love to try the true recipe!Good luck and enjoy blowing your guests away with your culinary skills!

Valentine's Day Dessert

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2008
This was a hit with my husband! He prefers raspberries to cherries so I bought a package of frozen raspberries and followed the directions on the back to make a sauce using sugar and a little lemon juice. After it cooled I spread it over the cream cheese mix and dolloped the whip cream. It was so tasty! I think i will try it with the strawberries too! Also, i used a betty crocker sugar cookie mix instead of the premade dough. It was half the price and just as tasty!! thanks for the recipe!
