Maine Wild Blueberry Salsa
Amazing! The contrast of the salsa with the blueberries was wonderful! A hit everywhere and super easy!

Bacon Water Chestnut Rolls
SUPER easy - and Oh so tasty! These were the FIRST to go at a recent Halloween party. Everyone asked for the recipe! I would note that the initial cook time may be a bit longer depending on your oven. It took them about 45 minutes to get crispy.

Glazed Peach Pie
I had this once as a small child - from my grandmothers neighbor - and have been trying to re-create since. No dice! This is EXCELLENT. Add vanilla for the super sweet tooth!
