Not the healthiest dinner, but it's an easy weeknight meal. Followed recipe nearly exactly except used Mayo instead of salad dressing. I also did cover it while baking. Pretty tastey! Served with black beans and green salad.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Almond Chicken Casserole II

This was an OK dish for a weeknight dinner. It's hardy but a little on the bland side. I used 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup instead of the 1 can of cream of chicken. I also omitted the chicken and added broccoli instead to make it vegetarian.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

This recipe had great flavor. I suggest cooking the potatoes longer than the recipe calls for - make sure they're done! A fork should slide in easily. I stirred the bacon, cheese, etc. in with the rest of the "filling", saving some out for garnish. Worked great! My family thought it was great

Husband's Delight

This was a unique potluck dish. The sour cream gives it a different twang than other pasta casseroles. I added a little parsley on top for presentation.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

My family, guests and I loved this carrot cake. I followed the recipe exactly as it appears on allrecipes.com, except I made it in three layers. I had to make a bit more frosting to do the layers, but it turned out beautifully! This cake was extremely moist and very delicious! Enjoy!

Mama's Cornbread and Sausage Turkey Dressing

I prepared four 16 oz. cornbread mixes as the recipe called for and it was way too much. I made one 9 x 13 pan of corn bread (two cornbread mixes) and it was just the right amount. This dressing is moist and has excellent flavor. It makes a huge amount!
