This was incredible! I added celery and used cornstarch to thicken it instead of flour. I only eyeballed the ingredient amounts and it turned out fantastic! This will be the only potato soup recipe I'll use from here on out. I can't wait to make it again! So delicious! Try it, you won't regret it!
