Chicken Pot Pie VIII

I made the pate brisee recipe that Martha Stewart uses (with butter - it's by far my fav) but used the recipe for the filling, and it turned out SO GOOD. I've never been a fan of chicken pot pie, but my husband loves it, so one night, I thought I'd give this one a try. I will never eat another chicken pot pie again unless I make it using this recipe!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Made this recipe as written minus the oregano (it seemed a bit odd to me) - it's pretty darn good! The chicken comes out very soft and flavorful. I didn't pat my chicken breasts dry before starting, so there was a bit more liquid after cooking than I would have liked. Perhaps next time I'll actually try the oregano?
