Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 27, 2008
My fiancee and I enjoyed this recipe but did find it to be a bit too sweet. I also ended up adding a little more water as it was extremely thick. Overall, a tasty quick dinner option. Thanks!

Gary's Turkey Burritos

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2008
This recipe was simple and very tasty! We added a little bit of taco seasoning to it, but that's it. We served it on tortillas with black beans and rice and it tasted great! Thanks!

Crescent Pastry Puff

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2008
I thought this was very delicious! Used Fat Free cream cheese. I did wish the apples had been a little softer but I will try to cook them a bit first before wrapping them up next time. Thanks!

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2008
I thought this recipe was good, but I didn't think it tasted like alfredo. It wasn't as creamy as I would have liked, but I will try it again and add something to make it creamier.

Bev's Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2008
This was okay. It was way too salty even though I cut back on the onion soup mix like others recommended. My husband wasn't a fan so I probably won't be making this again.

Lime Fluff

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
Very tasty and quick to put together! I left out the actual pineapple and just used pineapple juice as I am not a fan of the texture of the fruit in jello. Thanks! I think I will try a different flavor next time (maybe lemon or orange??)

Chocolate Pudding Cake I

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
This is a very good no bake recipe! It makes quite a large quantity so if you are making it for only a few people, I would suggest putting the cake on each individual serving plate/bowl rather than adding it to the dish itself. This way, the cake doesn't get soggy for left overs :) Thanks!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
A little more like cake than bars, but I absolutely loved them! The second time I made it I added chocolate chips and even my husband (who swears he doesn't like the taste of pumpkin) managed to eat a bunch!

Lower Fat Banana Bread II

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2011
This is a great and simple banana bread recipe. I reduced the sugar to 1/3 cup and added an extra banana. Other than that, I did everything as told and it turned out very moist and flavorful! Thank you!!

Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 10, 2012
This was a great quick recipe for cookies. I didn't have any shortening on hand so I used 1/4 cup margarine and 1/4 cup butter (to replace shortening). I chilled the dough well before putting them in the oven and increased the oven temp by 20 degrees. I found they needed to bake longer than suggested to be cooked all the way through.

Campbell's Kitchen Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: May 21, 2012
A tasty quick and easy dinner. Next time I will add some more seasonings to liven up the flavor a little, but overall, this simple recipe was exactly what this novice needed! Thanks!
