Absolutely Amazing!!! I had never made any kind of pie before in my life, and my family just went out of thier minds when I made this for Thanksgiving! Even my mother, who can usually find something to critique was all positivity and rave reviews for this recipe! The only variation was that I didn't have any lemon juice, so I substitiuted 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and it cut the sweetness just right! And the crust turned out perfect too!!! This will be in my recipe box forever!!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

I made this for my husband, sister and father and I... it was a smash hit all around! Even my Dad who is a man of few words said that this was awesome BBQ! I used the Jack Daniels regular BBQ aka #7, and Tuscan House Italian Dressing... phenominal! The only thing it, I thought it was ever so slightly on the "sweeter" side, I might use less brown sugar in the future! However I am so glad to have this recipe! Made dinner for 4 plus great leftovers! And we are hearty eaters! Thanks again!

Beef and Noodle Bake

I have a picky husband, and he loves this dish! He now asks for it regularly! I like to use fresh cabot cheddar with a shredded mexican blend of cheeses (look in the dairy isle)... they are a little more mild, and help balance the flavor, too much cheddar or mixing different cheddar makes it too salty for my taste! It's a great alternative to spaghetti, and it's great on a cold night! Still good the day after once microwaved!

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies III

I pride myself on being a chocolate chip cookie-holic, and I LOVE this recipe! I love a soft chewy tasty cookie, much better than the hard crunchy-crumbly kind. I had a feeling I was going to love these cookies when I mixed the batter and instead of grainy and sooty feeling the dough was light and whippy, making for a delicious chewy-center. These make the PERFECT cookies! I prefer bigger, more monster cookies, so I made them a little larger and got a dozen and a half cookies out of it, and they still cooked to perfection at 11 minutes!!!!! Thank you so much!
