Green Sauce Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2002
Yummy!!! I added more sauce and cheese. I also used Tyson's frozen pre-cooked fajita chicken that comes in a large bag. It was quicker and the fajita taste really added to it!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Reviewed: May 25, 2007
Very good! Might add a little more sugar and some vanilla next time. Cooked on medium heat. Don't overmix batter, as it should be lumpy. Thanks!

Absolutely Delicious! I didn't have any cider vinegar so I had to use red wine vinegar. It was still delicious. Thanks!

Flatlander Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2007
Very delicious! I had to use 2 cans of diced tomatoes instead of the tomato juice and I only had chili beans so I used them. Thanks.

Blueberry Delight

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2006
Been making this for years. Love it! I usually just use a container of Cool Whip just to save time, but I know the the whip topping mix would taste better. Thanks!

This was so good! I may add another box of stuffing to the mixture next time. Leftovers were just as good topped with cheese. Thanks!

Soooo soft and delicious. These melt in your mouth. I made these with a lemon cake mix. Can't wait to try other flavors. Going to make these for my grandparents who have trouble chewing hard foods. Thanks so much!

Very flavorful and delicious. I only had 1 cream of celery and 1 cream of chicken so I used that. Also used chicken breasts. Thanks!

Frosted Banana Bars

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
Very moist and delicious. I didn't have a 9x13" pan so my turned out to be a cake. I used 2 1/2 bananas. This is a lot like the Sour Cream Banana Bread recipe from this site. Thank you.

Zucchini Pineapple Bread I

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Wow, I am really surprised that this doesn't have more ratings. This was so moist (not wet) and delicious. Just the right amount of spice. I cut the recipe in half and put the batter in 3 mini loaf pans. Had an extra banana so I threw that in there also. I chopped the zucchini in a mini chopper. It rose beautifully. I wouldn't ever make a bread recipe without crushed pineapple. This is a keeper. Thanks!

Buttery Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2008
Delicious. My bread machine mixed the dough perfectly. These are not really light rolls, they are more dense. I baked them in a glass pyrex pan, maybe they would have a different texture in a metal pan. Definitely butter them before putting them in the oven. Thanks!

Quick Sunshine Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2006
I have always known this as a Mandarin Orange Cake. I only used an 8oz Cool Whip, which was perfect. I used french vanilla pudding and about half the crushed pineapple in the frosting. If you let this set in the fridge overnight, it will be the moist, wet cake that I believe some reviewers are expecting.
