Very Delicious. My husband couldn't stop talking about them. I used a whole frozen bag of Tyson pre-cooked fajita chicken. A lot easier and a lot tastier. A similar recipe from a church cookbook that I have, doubles the sauce, chicken, and cheese as other reviewers have done. I had enough filling for 9 enchiladas and also had plenty to put on top. It seemed a little too soupy before I put it in the oven, but when I took it out it was perfect. I definitely prefer the flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas as most enchilada recipes call for.
