This was really good. Needed to use up some fresh broccoli. I didn't have celery, so I substituted diced squash and turkey sausage. Really easy. Thanks!

Mayonnaise Biscuits

Reviewed: May 22, 2006
Very Delicious! This is more the texture of a light roll, than a biscuit. I did not have self rising flour, so I put 2 cups all purpose flour in a bowl, then took out 4 tsp. and then added 3 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp salt. You must use real mayo, not Miracle Whip. Don't even rate the recipe if you use miracle whip, because the roll will not have much flavor. The batter will be sticky, so just use a dash of flour to help if need be. I used about 2 tbsp. of the mixture and just dropped it on the baking sheet. They cooked in exactly 12 minutes. So good!!!! Thanks!

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: May 18, 2006
Excellent! I think my search for the perfect banana bread recipe is over. This is the first one that has not been undercooked after an hour. I only had 4 bananas and needed 1 more so I added about 4oz. of strawberry banana yogurt that I had. I added a dash of cinnamon also. It was delicious! Thanks so much!

Better Than Sex Cake II

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2006
Delicious! Next time I might just omit the milk and use all caramel and see how it tastes. I bought the Heath toffee chips from the baking aisle to save time. Thanks!

This was really good! I didn't have crackers, so I used 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs instead. I will only cook the first side for 7-8 minutes next time. Thanks!

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2006
This was really good. I might not add all the teriyaki sauce next time as it made my sauce mixture a little runny. Thanks!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2005
This was very light and creamy. I used this on a 2-layer 9 inch chocolate birthday cake. I was nervous to try white sugar for a special occasion, so I just used 3/4 cup powdered sugar (it wasn't too sweet with that). But I want to try the regular white sugar next time to see the difference. I used the tips to chill the bowl and beaters, I let the cream cheese set out for about 15 minutes, and I beat the whipping cream for about 2 minutes on high speed. Thanks again for the great recipe!

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2005
Delish! I used 1/2 tsp regular salt and omitted the red pepper for the small children. Added it to 1 lb. lean beef with 1/2 cup water. Thanks so much! I will never buy the store mix again.

Fruit Oatmeal Cookie Bars

These did not turn out for me. The mixture is very dry which makes it difficult to spread the jam, so my end result was dry. May try again.

Chicken Enchiladas V

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2005
Very Delicious. My husband couldn't stop talking about them. I used a whole frozen bag of Tyson pre-cooked fajita chicken. A lot easier and a lot tastier. A similar recipe from a church cookbook that I have, doubles the sauce, chicken, and cheese as other reviewers have done. I had enough filling for 9 enchiladas and also had plenty to put on top. It seemed a little too soupy before I put it in the oven, but when I took it out it was perfect. I definitely prefer the flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas as most enchilada recipes call for. Thanks so much!
