Garlic-Lemon Mahi Filets
Great marinade for mahi-mahi. I used chardonnay and it worked just fine. For the "not enough flavor" comment, you want a subtle marinade for a lighter fish like mahi-mahi. Most fish marinades beat you over the head with the flavors, whereas this one delicately compliments the fish nicely. A nice caper butter can help for those needing more kick.

Pizza Dough II
This is a pretty good pizza dough. What makes a pizza dough successful is more in the preparation of the crust than the ingredients themselves. For the people who thought this was like bread instead of crust, you made your crust too thick. For best results, learn how to toss a pizza. This forms the best consistency for the crust. Also for good results, brush the "base" of the crust (all the part you would put sauce on to) with a VERY light brushing of olive oil, and prebake it for no more than 5 min. The take it out, add your toppings, and finish it off. As stated by others, a properly preheated pizza stone is a MUST for a perfect home made pizza.
