Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins

Other reviewers had noted the muffins were a little dry. I made batter as written but then filled part way, added a spoonful of raspberry jam then added more batter. Baked beautifully and the jam added a wonderful flavor and surprise!

Idaho-Style Finger Steaks

This is a wonderful recipe. I follow it exactly especially the freezing time. Makes the batter stay on and not get too dark while the meat cooks. When I make them I double the batch and keep the extras in the freezer. Then throw in a couple of potatoes to bake and fry these up....so yummy and easy!

Oven Scrambled Eggs

Followed recipe exactly. The eggs are wonderfully light. Warmed up some little smokies and cinnamon rolls for a very easy, no mess breakfast. Leftovers will make ummy egg sandwiches or breakfast burritos.

Spinach Basil Pasta Salad

I made this exactly as written and served it warm with baked chicken. It was wonderful. The recipe maked a huge batch so for a potluck the next day I added about 1/2 of fresh lemon juiced and stirred in a little balsamic dressing. Topped with sliced tomatoes. Very tasty and lots of compliments.

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

I followed the recipe except used only one egg. I decided to make a breakfast pizza. Used Alfredo Sauce and topped with scrambled eggs, sausage and monterey jack cheese. Very good and easy to make in the morning if you get the toppings ready the night before. Yum!
