The only change I made was to use real chopped onion instead of the onion flakes. Turned out great!

Wild Rice Stuffing Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
I had to use a blend of different rices because wild rice was so expensive, and I omitted the celery, but this still turned out fabulous! I took it to a Christmas party and everyone loved it!

Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2009
These went so quickly at my holiday party! I did as others suggested and took it off the heat as soon as it came to a boil, and then cut them before they cooled. They definatly need to sit overnight, as they taste alot better the next day.

Creamy Orzo and Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2015
This was delicious! My husband isn't an asparagus fan but said that this was great! I couldn't find the cheese specified so I just used an Italian blend. The chicken didn't get done so I threw it in the oven at 425 for about 15 minutes. Perfect!

This is one of the best pumpkin rolls I have tasted. Only change I made is to add a bit of pumpkin spice to the batter and the filling. I will make this again and again. Thanks!

Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2012
These were very good! I only had 1.5 cup of peanut butter, so I used Nutella for the other 1/2 cup, and added a little brown rice flour to thicken up the batter. But they came out wonderful! Thank you!

Joy's Prizewinning Trifle

This was very good. I followed the recipe exactly, but didn't have a trifle dish, so I ended up putting it in a large plastic bowl. Still came out good.

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
I took the suggestion of another reviewer and used brown sugar, powdered sugar and regular sugar. It turned out great! My brother in law asked me to make these, and he said they were the best he ever tasted. Way better than the ones from the receipe on the back of the bag. I only gave four stars because I changed the original recipe.
