I made these tonight for supper and both myself and my two young boys (6 and 4) really enjoyed them! I accidentally didn't read the recipe fully ahead of time and didn't marinate the chicken in the buttermilk mixture. Still came out great, but will definitely marinate next time as I'm sure this improves taste and texture. I also wanted to make it low-fat, so I followed fellow reviews of baking at 350, mine took about 40-45 minutes (maybe my chicken pieces were a little bigger?). I also sprayed my sheet pan with pam and melted 1-1/2T.butter and spread over the pan. Then, I took my pampered chef olive oil sprtizer and sprayed the top of the chicken to ensure a crispy texture. I also shared some with my sister-in-law and niece and they loved it! I will definitely make again!! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
