I am 18 years old.. fixing to head off to college and I have just developed a LOVE for cooking. I've always thought I couldn't cook, but I just jumped in and started one day, and now I can't stop! :) Anything NEW. I recently cooked an Italian Breaded Pork Chop... which I never thought I'd be cooking, but I did it... successfully :) My first meal on Valentines Day for my boyfriend... It was horrific, I used WAY TOO much Thyme on my steak... but he choked it down and told me it was delicious... poor guy. lol. But I have improved, thank the lord.
