Slow Cooker Ham
This was an excellent recipe I used for Easter this year. I did make some adjustments to add my own twist. I used a half ham (shank) and cut into large chunks. Layered brown sugar on bottom, added ham and sprinkled brown sugar over it then added more ham. To the top, I poured a mixture I cooked stovetop of brown sugar, honey and mustard. Cooked on low for 2-3 hours in crockpot. Best ham I've ever made and my husband is on day 3 of leftovers with no complaints!!

Chutney Chicken
This was a very easy, quick and flavorful recipe. I def recommend thighs over breasts as the thighs seem to hold the flavor better. I did not have hot chutney but used the grey chutney and added some red pepper flakes. Excellent!

Sweet and Sour Drumettes
This was an excellent recipe that was overall easy and my kids and husband just loved. The only thing I did was instead of making my own sauce, I had Mr. Yoshida's marinade and I poured that over the chicken before baking. I made sure I turned the chicken at least once to get the sauce to coat all over during the baking process. I recommend cooking at least 35 minutes in the oven. This is def a keeper!
